Successful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation means getting the commitment of your sales team to use it once the system is fully deployed. As a Salesforce.com Select Consulting Partner, we provide Salesforce.com customization, training and implementation services.
 
 
HarvestGold has developed several low-cost programs to quickly configure and customize your Salesforce system.  These "QuickStart" programs are designed to complete implementation quickly so that you can begin realizing a return on your investment in CRM as soon as possible.  Here is a summary HarvestGold's QuickStart Programs:

      Professional Edition QuickStart:

  • Total 4 days of services – agenda to be developed jointly with Client.
  • Recommended allocation:
    • 1/2 day requirements/design session
    • 3 days joint org customizations and configuration (standard config and customization services, plus initial data load assistance)
    • 1/2 day org review (informal training session – single person or group session)
  • Lots of flexibility - we will focus on the areas of most importance to you
  • This program assumes a collaborative and iterative approach to implementation.  We would work closely with you and solicit feedback real-time as we go, rather than taking a more formal project approach with scheduled checkpoint meetings.
  • HG fixed fee would be $5,000 for 4 days of services ($2,500 down, $2,500 upon completion)

      Enterprise Edition QuickStart:

  • Total 6 days of services – to use as the client sees fit.
  • Recommended allocation:
    • 1 full day requirements/design and business process review session with object model deliverable.
    • 4-1/2 days joint org customizations and configuration (standard config and customization services, plus initial data load assistance)
    • 1/2 day org review (informal training session – single person or group session)
  • Lots of flexibility - we will focus on the areas of most importance to you
  • This program assumes a collaborative and iterative approach.  We would work closely with you and solicit feedback real-time as we go, rather than taking a more formal project approach with scheduled checkpoint meetings.
  • HG fixed fee would be $7,500 for 6 days of services ($3,750 down, $3,750 upon completion)

      Implementation Assistance Packages:

  • Unstructured consulting services – basically a one, two or three day block of time (BOT) to assist you with your own internal implementation efforts.
  • Covers customization and configuration services
  • 1 day package (8 hours):  $1,500
  • 2 day package (16 hours):  $2,500
  • 3 day package (24 hours):  $3,750

  • Professional Edition:
    • Business Process development and review
    • Addition and deletion of users
    • Configuration of user roles, hierarchies and sharing rules
    • General admin and user interface settings
    • Custom View, Report and Dashboard object development
    • Field and picklist customizations
    • Creation of communication templates (email or letter)

    • Web to Lead HTML code generation
    • Case escalation rules
    • Data import assistance services
    • AppExchange product installation and activation assistance
    • Assistance with other general implementation issues as mutually agreed

Formal Training Workshops
 
      Formal On-Site Training Workshop Options:
  • Full-day training workshop:  $2,500
  • Half-day training workshop:  $1,500
  • Both include custom training content.  We customize our training templates with screen captures of your Salesforce system and then leave the PowerPoint materials behind for you to reference as a resource after we’ve completed the workshops.

Data Migration

The quality and completeness of your data is critical to a successful CRM implementation. HarvestGold has experience converting data from Saleslogix, ACT!, Goldmine, Siebel, and other CRM databases to Salesforce.com.
