Adventace is a global sales consulting firm dedicated to helping their clients achieve consistent, reliable, and measurable sales performance improvement. Adventace clients historically outperform their past results by at least a factor of 2:1. HarvestGold developed the Adventace Sales Management System (SMS) for AppExchange, which is the world’s only end to end sales management system.

American Home Shield is a ServiceMaster company that founded the home warranty industry 35 years ago. AHS will continue to be the industry leader and innovator in terms of quality service and protection for homeowners. AHS is an AppExchange Customer of HarvestGold’s, and utilizes HarvestGold’s Dynamic Dashboard product to manage and track key business metrics in Salesforce.com.

Bayer MaterialScience Bayer MaterialScience AG is one of the world’s largest producers of polymers and high-performance plastics. Its innovative developments in coatings, adhesives, insulating materials and sealants, polycarbonates and polyurethanes significantly enhance the quality of our lives. HarvestGold implemented Salesforce’s Partner Portal to better manage distributor sales activities and product sample requests. Distributors can now submit Sample Requests through the Partner Portal, and the status of the sample requests are automatically updated via integration with the fulfillment partner’s back-end system. Also, sample requests are now directly tied to sales opportunity records, providing Bayer with the ability to more accurately measure ROI for the sampling process in different product categories. Over 2200 skus are available in Salesforce.com and they are integrated with Bayer SAP product master records. Additional sales related information in batch loaded into Salesforce from other back-end systems to add value to the sales analytic dashboards and reports available in Salesforce.com.


Extrude Hone is a Kennametal Company dedicated to innovating advanced processes and methods to provide tools capable of producing some of the highest quality engineered surfaces and edges on the planet. A menu of technologies for deburring, polishing, and producing controlled radii are available to offer our customers the best solution for improving their component strength, performance, and reliability. Extrude Hone originally contracted with HarvestGold to implement the HarvestGold sales planning process for their field sales representatives. Extrude Hone then contracted with HarvestGold to implement and manage the administration of their Salesforce.com system. HarvestGold is currently working with Extrude Hone and Conforma Clad (another Kennametal Company) to consolidate Salesforce.com orgs and integrate SAP back-end data with their Salesforce.com system.

LandOpt LandOpt’s mission is to empower a select group of highly qualified, regionally-based landscape contractors with a powerful portfolio of business systems to dramatically improve their growth, profitability and productivity. HarvestGold defined a standard scalable security model to serve multiple licensee locations, keeping each location’s data secure while accommodating internal sharing rules for each individual location. HarvestGold documented the security model and security settings to provide LandOpt with an instructional guide to make it easy to add new locations based upon the new security model.

OneCoast Network is the countries largest Manufacturer Rep firm serving home and gift markets in the Retail Sales Industry. OneCoast has implemented Territory Planning programs across the country with over 200 sales representatives - now called Territory Managers. OneCoast also was an early beta test site for the HarvestGold Sales Planner Software. In 2007, HarvestGold provided Salesforce.com implementation and training services to assist with the rollout of 150+ EE seats to OneCoast’s National Division and Midwest Region sales teams. In 2008, HarvestGold will assist in expanding the rollout Salesforce.com to other Regional sales teams, and integrating Salesforce with OneCoast’s new Data Warehouse.

PPG Chemicals Division PPG's chlor-alkali & derivatives business is a global leader of chemical products found in industries ranging from pulp and paper to water treatment to engineered plastics. HarvestGold completed a conversion from SalesLogix to Salesforce.com, and configured Salesforce.com to meet specific account planning and relationship management requirements. HarvestGold also configured Salesforce.com to run on Blackberry devices, and delivered custom training workshops for the sales teams as part of the initial rollout.


URL Financial is a ONE-STOP INSURANCE BROKERAGE who has been serving life, health, annuity and disability insurance agents and brokers nationally for over two decades. HarvestGold assisted URL in customizing Salesforce.com to totally replace their existing agency management system. The system tracks carrier/agent licensing, case management and underwriting requirements, and productivity by carrier, agent/agency and line of coverage.
